For my Event Planning course, we were tasked to develop a comprehensive concert execution plan, covering artist selection, audience segmentation, venue procurement, hospitality, production scheduling, budgeting, and sponsorship strategy.
+Approach
My group designed an intimate Chicago concert featuring Lana Del Rey with Ethel Cain as the opener. We conducted site research on small-scale venues and managed all logistical requirements, including catering, transportation, and a high-touch hospitality plan for the talent.
+Result
We delivered a full-scale operational roadmap that planned the artist's experience from arrival to departure. The final plan integrated a strategic PR and sponsorship framework alongside a ticket justification and a minute-by-minute production schedule.
