For my PR Research class, I conducted an in-depth brand audit of Glossier, utilizing both primary and secondary research methods to develop data-driven strategic recommendations.
+Approach
I executed a comprehensive research strategy by analyzing Glossier’s paid, owned, and earned media. To gauge public sentiment, I deployed a Qualtrics survey and conducted one-on-one interviews to gain deeper insights into consumer perception and brand loyalty.
+Result
The research highlighted a need for increased brand recall and community connection. I recommended a strategy focused on memorable marketing through targeted influencer partnerships, heightened audience engagement, and the implementation of strategic promotions, discounts, and product bundles to drive conversion and strengthen/maintain a positive public perception.
